- Prepare 200 gms spinach leaves, washed and chopped

- Prepare 1/2 cup water
Butter Beans - chickpeas, lentils, pinto beans. Butter beans can be cooked either on the stove top, pressure cooker or slow cooker. In order for them to retain their shape, as a generally rule of thumb its best to either slow. Butter beans is also known as Lima beans.
Butter beans curry making process:
- Heat a pan with oil in it. and add in the chopped green chilli along with ginger garlic paste. Let it cook for about 1 min, till it gets aromatic.
- Add in the sliced onions, and cook till they start sweating.
- Add in the beans along with tomato paste and 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook for 5-7 mins.
- Add in the cherry tomatoes along with red 🌶️ chilli powder, salt and garam masala.
- Let it cook for another 4-5 mins. Don't let the tomatoes get mushy. cook till they have a bite to them.
- Add in the chopped spinach🥬 and mix everything thoroughly. Let it simmer on medium heat till the spinach withers. Serve hot along with some roti or naan.
