  2. Make ready 1 cup Curd
  3. Get 3-4 Boiled potatoes

  7. Prepare 1 tsp Black salt
  8. Get For Vegetable:-
  9. Take 1/2 kg Brinjal
  10. Prepare 4 Potatoes
  11. Take 2 tbsp Sabji masala
  12. Make ready 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  13. Make ready 1 tbsp Turmeric powder
  14. Prepare 1 tbsp Chilli powder
  15. Get 1 Onion
  16. Prepare 2 Tomatoes
  17. Make ready As per taste Salt

Dinner Platter start cooking:
  1. Make wheat flour dough, keep it aside for 10 mins.
  2. For curd:- Take 1cup curd add chopped onions, boiled potatoes cut in a small piece, chilli powder, cumin powder and black salt.
  3. Heat the oil in a pressure cooker put chopped onions cook for 2 mins.
  4. Then add chopped potatoes, brinjal, tomato and all the spices.
  5. Cover the lid and cook up to 3 whistles.
  6. Vegetable is ready, now make chapati and serve with curd and pickle.
