- In a bowl combine wheat flour, ajwain, salt and 1 tbsp oil. Mix properly and add water as needed and knead a smooth dough.
- Grind 2 green chilli and 1 ginger paste. Crushed 1 tbsp roasted coriander seeds and 1 tbsp cumin seeds and 4 black pepper corn. Once it is done. Keep aside.
- Heat oil in Kadai. Fry chopped onion. Add a pinch of salt. The onion will cook fast.
- When onion turns into golden colour. Then add all the spices. Add tamarind pulp. Mix and cook till it become dry.
- From the dough. Take a small ball. Roll in a pin just like poori. Keep the stuffing in the center and close the edges properly.
- Make a kachori shape. Preheat Air Fryer 180 degree celsius for 5 minutes. Brush oil in the basket and place the kachori in the basket.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Once it is done.
- Transfer to a serving plate. Ready to serve with tomato sauce.
