- Knead the dough by adding little water. Heat the oil in pan, add seeds, ginger garlic paste and onion to sauté it. Add spices and salt.
- Once onion cooks well add potatoes by smashing it. Mix well and cook one min. Roll the small roti from dough.
- Cut it into half, attached to corner of one piece to make samosa, add filling close it, now keep it in airfryer at 350 f for 10-12 mins by spraying oil.
- Serve with tamarind chutney and chilies, fry it in. Air fryer along with samosa.
