- In maida bowl add hot oil and little water and make dough, knead till smooth but hard
- Make paste of onion, garlic chilli, seeds and ginger. Take one tsp oil in pan
- Now add asafoetida, chilli, turmeric and this paste in oil and roast well
- Till time grind soaked daal and add besan in the roasted masala and cook till it changes colour
- Now add daal and cook well, sprinkle some water lemon juice, sugar, garam masala and coriander in the pan and cover it
- Cook for 2 mins and take it plate to cool and make small bowls
- Now take small dough and give it bowl shape fill the roasted mixture ball and close it properly
- Now roll little with roller(belan) and shallow fry on tawa with little oil. In actual it's deep fry in hot oil
- Serve with chilli, sev and chutney
